Why We Started Ledgeview
After years of renting vacation homes, we purchased our own property in the White Mountains and quickly learned the challenges that come with ownership. As we explored property management options, we found that many homeowners felt like just another property in a large portfolio.
We started Ledgeview Properties, a family-owned property management company, to offer something different—a more personalized approach to vacation rental management built on communication, trust, accountability, and local expertise.
